Perth Pet Vet

Please see below for our current COVID-19 protocol ensuring we can remain open to help with all your pets needs.

OUR STORY....

At Perth Pet Vet we have always prided ourselves in offering quality, stress free and lifelong care for your furry and feathered companions.

Perth Pet Vet is a modern, purpose built and fully equipped veterinary hospital located on Berrigan Drive in Jandakot.  We are a family owned and run practice. Our desire is to create a relaxed and homely atmosphere, whilst always offering excellent service and quality veterinary care. Our wish is to help both you and your animal companion feel at ease while visiting the clinic, through our caring and gentle approach to consultations and treatment.

With fully equipped examination rooms and surgery, digital x-ray and in-house diagnostics we can provide on-the-spot assistance for nearly all your pets health and medical needs.  Our dental machine will help keep teeth healthy and smiles white.

At Perth Pet Vet we don’t just treat cats and dogs.  All species are welcome.  Dr Toni Cockburn is one of the few vets in WA with memberships in avian (bird) health and has extensive experience with reptiles, rabbits and guinea pigs.

The hospital has species specific, comfortable hospital wards should your animal friends need to stay with us for the day or, if needed a while longer.

Home appointments in the local area can be arranged with notice and we will always endeavour to accommodate you and your pets needs wherever possible.

Please take a moment to meet our friendly team and we look forward to meeting you.

How we are able to help you during the COVID-19 Global Pandemic

The Perth Pet Vet Team is committed to keeping our Hospital open so we can continue to provide our high standard of pet care for all patients and their families. To further minimise risk to staff and clients we implemented the following as of 26th March 2020.

Our opening times remain unchanged.  Please call the clinic on 08 63997276 to book an appointment.

On arrival we ask that you phone us on 08 6399 7276.  We will arrange for a team member to meet you in our drop off area to admit your animal friend.

You are then asked to return to your car to wait.

The consultation will continue as normal (and still with plenty of treats)

Dr Toni will then phone you to discuss any relevant history or findings.

Once all treatments (if needed) are ready, you will be asked to return to the drop off room to be reunited with your friend.  Eftpos is our preferred method of payment if possible

Please feel reassured that at NO stage during this new process, will the compassionate and quality care we pride ourselves on be compromised. If you have any concerns, please pick up the phone or send us an email, we are happy to chat.

We continue to ask that you phone ahead to order prescription medicine repeats, food, worming and flea control in advance so we can arrange to have them ready without you needing to wait.

Unfortunately, we will not be offering house calls at this time, except in specific extenuating circumstances

Thank-you again for your support during this evolving situation.  Your support gives us the best chance of supporting you.
